The Coast from the Water
The place
A day on a boat along the coast, and one cliff seen two days later. Everything in it is photographed from the water: the sea first, the towns second, and the other passengers whenever they got between the two.
This was the highlight of my Italy trip. Amalfi coasts, where coastal beauty meets loud architecture. Brave colors, big curves, these converse with the serenity of the water.
Are they fishing, or just chilling?
Away from the cities, they must feel serene.
The plane was grabbing our attention.
